OAK Group is a real estate and development company for which we prepared a complete website redesign and technical integration with the Poski real estate system. The original website was built on WordPress with Elementor and more than twenty plugins, which had a negative impact on speed, stability, and security.

The main goal of the project was to eliminate manual management of property listings. The new solution therefore automatically imports data from the real estate system, saves it into ACF, and displays up-to-date listings directly on the website.

Client Brief

The client needed to replace the original website, which was technically overloaded, slow, and did not work as it should. One of the main issues was the ordering and management of property listings, which required an unnecessary amount of manual work.

The brief was to create a more modern, faster, and more reliable website that would better represent the OAK Group brand while also connecting to their Poski real estate system. Property listings were to be displayed on the website automatically, so the client would not have to manage the same content separately in multiple places.

Our Solution

We replaced the original website with a new solution built with a focus on performance, clarity, and long-term maintainability. The redesign was combined with a complete technical overhaul of the website, removal of unnecessary dependence on a large number of plugins, and a better content structure.

A key part of the project was the integration with the Poski real estate system. Data from their system is dynamically synced into the website through ACF, so property listings are automatically updated based on what the client manages in their real estate system. As a result, the website does not need to function as a separate database, but rather as an up-to-date online showcase for property listings.

At the same time, we addressed the ordering functionality, optimized the technical foundation, and simplified content management. The goal was not only to make the website look better, but above all to make it more stable, faster, and more secure.

Project Outcome

The result is a modern real estate website that automatically works with up-to-date property listings from Poski and significantly reduces the need for manual management. The client can manage listings in their own system, while the website takes care of displaying them to visitors.

Compared to the original solution, OAK Group gained a clearer, faster, and technically cleaner website. At the same time, functionality issues were fixed, dependence on unnecessary plugins was reduced, and a safer foundation was created for the further development of the online presentation.
